The Employee of the Month
Recognition Program
Do you know someone in the school district who goes above and beyond the call of duty? Pitt County Schools and The Fresh Market have partnered to create an employee recognition program for Pitt County Schools' employees.
An Employee of the Month will be selected based upon nominations submitted by co-workers.
Guidelines are as follows:

Full-time or part-time employees of Pitt County Schools may be nominated by their co-workers.

Those nominated should demonstrate a noteworthy work ethic. Suggested qualities include:

Employee should demonstrate excellence in his or her job.

Employee should be a good team member and demonstrate an attitude of cooperation and support with colleagues and staff.

Employee should have made a significant contribution to the school, school district, community and/or employees/students.

Employees should enthusiastically support the mission of the Pitt County Schools.

Nominations must be submitted by the 20th of each month to the Office of Public Information. Nominations may be completed on line or forms may be printed and submitted as a hard copy.

Each nomination will be considered on a monthly basis, so please feel free to resubmit your nominees each month.
Each month’s winner will be announced at the beginning of the month and will receive a $50.00 gift card to The Fresh Market, free meal coupons at The Texas Roadhouse, and a certificate of recognition from Pitt County Schools.
There are a lot of folks in our school district who work really hard and go above and beyond the call of duty every day. Let’s give them an extra pat on the back by having them recognized by the school district.
