2019 Summer Conditioning Schedule & Tryouts 

     Student must have a current physical on file on or before the first day of workouts. The workouts are not required but are beneficial.

    Summer Conditioning will be held in the Chicod Gym from 3-5 pm.

    July 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th & 30th

    August 1st, 4th, 8th, 12th, 13th, 14th & 15th


    Chicod Volleyball Tryouts will be in the Chicod Gym from 3-5 pm.

    Monday, August 19th; Tuesday, August 20th; Wednesday, August 21st
