Pitt County Schools Celebrates the Class of 2026

The Class of 2026 from Pitt County Schools’ six traditional high schools will cross the stage at graduation ceremonies Thursday and Friday, June 11 and 12, in Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum on the East Carolina University campus.   

J.H. Rose (9 a.m.), D.H. Conley (1 p.m.), and South Central (5 p.m.), will conduct ceremonies Thursday, while North Pitt (9 a.m.), Farmville Central (12 p.m.), and Ayden-Grifton (3 p.m.) will follow Friday.

Parking locations for those attending a traditional high school graduation are: ECU Upper/Lower Minges, North Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium, 14th Street and Elmhurst Overflow lots. Ingress and egress will occur at the intersections of Ficklen Drive and Charles Boulevard, as well as 14th St and Berkely Road.

Pitt Academy will host graduation Wednesday, June 10 at 6 p.m. in the J.H. Rose High School Auditorium. 

Students from PCS Early College High School and Innovation Early College, turned their tassels on May 21.

“The Class of 2026 has persevered through every twist and turn,” Superintendent Dr. Steve M. Lassiter Jr. said. “We are proud of all they have accomplished and look forward to seeing the future they build.”

All PCS graduation ceremonies will be live-streamed via the district's YouTube channel. Please visit http://go.pittschools.org/livestream. Video broadcasts will be titled by school once streaming begins. Smart TV and mobile application users need to search for the PCS YouTube channel and look for the titled thumbnail with the "live" icon.
