ATTENTION PARENTS:

Due to the implementation of new state-administered tests, test scores will be delayed for the following tests:

 

  • EOG Reading Grades 4-8

  • NCExtend1 Reading 

  • NCExtend1 Science Grades 5 and 8

  • NCExtend1 Biology

  • EOC English 2

  • NCExtend1 English 2 

 

The first priority when implementing new tests is to ensure the results of the test scores are valid and reliable. The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) will need to process the test data and complete all necessary analyses; therefore, resulting in delayed scores.

GREENVILLE, N.C. – According to the Accountability Framework Model data presented to the North Carolina State Board of Education on September 4, 2019, Pitt County Schools saw significant improvements in performance and growth data for the 2018-2019 school year.
