Kindergarten Registration
Will your child turn 5 years old ON or BEFORE August 31? 

If so, you can register for Kindergarten!

Requirements for Kindergarten Registration:

  • Proof of age (certified birth certificate or other document approved by the principal)
  • Court order for guardianship (if student is living with someone other than the parent)
  • Proof of residency (two documents)
  • Immunizations/shot record and NC Health Assessment Transmittal Form (See below for immunization requirements)
  • Early registration will ensure bus transportation on the first day of school
