Open Enrollment
To increase enrollment and maximize opportunities, a student may be reassigned to another school participating in open enrollment or the open enrollment lottery (lottery closed for application on March 15 - click here for more information). Those schools participating in open enrollment and the open enrollment lottery will be identified in a list approved annually by the board prior to March 1.
Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year will begin on March 1 and end on August 15 for students to attend an open enrollment school on the first day of the 2025-2026 school year. After August 15, please click here to see when open enrollment opens and closes again during the school year.

Application for Open Enrollment 2025-2026 School Year
- Do not submit an open enrollment application if your child has already been approved through exit grade unless you have moved
- PCS Open Enrollment is open to Kindergarten through 12th grade students from Jan. 12 through Jan. 19. Approved open enrollment requests received during this time will begin on Jan. 22. To apply for open enrollment, select the following link: 2025-26 Open Enrollment Request.
