After School Program

Registration for the 2026-27 school year opens June 30, 2026

We will be registering for the first week of school (Aug 24 –28) June 30th – August 12th. The cost will be $90 / $80 additional student.

Registration for the second week or school will begin August 13th.

The PCS After School Program provides care for students in grade K-5 at the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m. There is homework time, snack time, and social time. Your student can enjoy arts & crafts, various games, and weather permitting, they have fun on the playground.

PCS currently has an After School Program at the following elementary schools:

*Creekside Elementary
*Eastern Elementary
*Elmhurst Elementary
*HB Sugg/Sam Bundy Elementary
*Lakeforest Elementary (bussed to Ridgewood Elementary)
*Ridgewood Elementary
*W.H. Robinson Elementary
*Wintergreen Intermediate Elementary
*Wintergreen Primary Elementary

The After School Program operates until 6:00 p.m. on a traditional school day. We operate on early release days and until 3:00 p.m. on various teacher workdays. Additionally, we follow the school calendar and are closed when school is closed. 

The cost is $220 per month for ONE STUDENT and $210 per month for each ADDITIONAL STUDENT. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee per student. Payments are made using a credit card or an echeck via School Cash. You can register for School Cash via this
