• Elementary Battle of the Books is a quiz bowl type competition for 4th and 5th grade students who love to read, comprehend, and are competitive!

    Students read 15 novels and compete against the other Pitt County elementary schools in March. 

    After auditions and the team has been set, it meets once or twice a week in the media center during lunch.
