    Attention Seniors: Have you participated in a lot of community service in high school? Do you consider yourself a leader? The Coco-Cola Scholarship is a $20,000 award available to seniors planning to pursue a college education. See Ms. Bubak if you are interested in applying. The deadline is October 31st.

      

    The ASVAB will be given at FCHS on the 11th of December during 1st and 2nd period! To sign up, please see LTC Little or SFC Mooring in JROTC.

     

    JROTC specialty team practice will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45 to 4:45 unless otherwise posted. Please see LTC Little or SFC Mooring if you have any questions regarding practice. 

     

    Anyone that has JROTC 2nd semester is eligible to participate in this year's "Pitt County Military Ball!"  See LTC Little or SFC Mooring for details!

     

    There are no more spots for the UNC-Wilmington trip. Those who signed up to go to UNCW on October 31st, you must turn in your permission form and money by October 25th. If you do not, your spot will be given to someone else and you will be unable to go. Please see Ms. Bubak.

       

    Junior and Senior females interested in participating in a scholarship pageant sponsored by the Greenville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Please see Ms. Anderson for more information.

     

    The deadline for seniors to choose their senior portrait online for the yearbook has been extended until October 23rd.

     

    Attention Sophomores and Juniors: The 2018 NC Governor's School residential summer program application process has begun! Do you have a passion for English, Math, Science or Social Studies? Do you have a natural ability for Art, Dance, Theater, Choral Music or instrumental music? Come to student services to sign up for additional information. Applications will be due to Ms. Goodman by Friday, October 27th.

      

    Tutoring will take place after school on Monday: Science- room 808; Tuesday: English- room 302; Wednesday: Math- room 802; Thursday: Social Studies: room 401B. 

     

    Twilight and Twilight Mastery Lab will take place Monday - Thursday after school from 3:45 - 5:45 pm. Transportation is available. Twilight will take place in the following locations:  Monday - Mr. Scuron Room 812; Tuesday - Mrs. Kirk Room 802; Wednesday - Mr. Scuron Room 812; Thursday - Mrs. Kirk Room 802.

      

    Driver's Education registration:  If you are interested and 14 and a half years old, the cost is $60. You may register with Ms. Lanier at student services during lunch, in the mornings or after school. (Not between classes)
