• Welcome to the Falkland Elementary School Media Center.  Following the example of Jane Reel, who taught at Falkland and for whom the library is named, we strive to not just teach but to inspire.  Our media center is under the direction of Mrs. Artis Brown. In addition to our print collection, we offer streaming materials and lessons.  Our students have the opportunity to work with robotics, computer coding, art, books, circuitry, puzzles, and more during Makerspace Days, Hour of Code Events, and class lessons.  We also serve as the meeting site for our Elementary Battle of the Books Team and our NC Science Olympiad Team.
