  • Twilight and Twilight Mastery Lab will take place Monday - Thursday after school from 3:45 - 5:45 pm. Transportation is available. Twilight will take place in the following locations:  Monday - Mr. Scuron Room 812; Tuesday - Mrs. Kirk Room 802; Wednesday - Mr. Scuron Room 812; Thursday - Mrs. Kirk Room 802.


    Last year's yearbook will be on sale for $30 this week in the cafeteria. The 2018 yearbook will be on sale for $40 this week only. The yearbook will be $45 until the end of the semester, then the price will increase. There will be a table set up in the cafeteria.


    Need to register for the ACT or SAT? Ms. Bubak will be hosting a registration drive in the media center on Wednesday, September 20th during 3rd and 4th period. You will need:

    • Your ACT or College Board login information
    • An acceptable digital head shot photo for your test admission ticket
    • A pass from your third or fourth period teacher


    Applications are being accepted for the Visions Career Development and Scholarship Program from current juniors who presently:

    • Have a 2.0 - 3.2 GPA
    • Plan to attend Pitt Community College
    • Do not have discipline problems
    • Have a financial need

    The program is designed to mentor students through their senior year, to expose them to career options, and to provide a $1,000 renewable scholarship to Pitt Community College. Please see Mrs. Jones in the Media Center for an application.


     Open gym TODAY at 5:20 for all girls interested in playing basketball for FCHS.


    There will be an SGA interest meeting on September 20th at 3:45. All interested students please report to room 807, Mrs. Tetterton's room at 3:45.


    Juniors and Seniors in Health Sciences Academy need to meet in room 307 from 10:00 - 10:30 on Tuesday, Septemeber 26th.


    New FCCLA members need to meet in room 701 on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 3:45. Please let your parent/guardian know you will need to be picked up on time, 4:45 pm.  


    Any junior or senior interested in taking a concurrent enrollment course through Pitt Community College starting in January. the Spring 2018 semester, should see Mrs. Jones in the media center for the necessary paperwork.


    Driver's Education registration has begun. If you are interested and 14 and a half years old, the cost is $60. You may register with Ms. Lanier at student services during lunch, in the mornings or after school. (Not between classes) Please bring your parent to sign up.
