Welcome to Pitt County Robotics!

Pitt County Robotics started in 2007 with a grant from Mr. Harris, a native Pitt County donor, who resides in Texas. He gave South Central High School funds to start the FIRST Robotics program. The first team was the Falconators, which evolved into the Pitt Pirates. In the second year the team started recruiting from all Pitt County high schools for students interested in robotics. The growth of the program exploded in 2015 so much that Boneyard Robotics was created allowing more students an opportunity to participate in the FIRST Robotics program.

We are proud of each team and all their accomplishments. Both teams have represented Pitt County well by bringing back awards and recognitions at the World Championships. Please browse our teams’ social media sites listed below to learn more about the two teams:
