The PCS AP Training is a Pitt County Schools comprehensive program to guide the learning of current and future school leaders, specifically Assistant Principals. Centered around the NC School Executive Standards and the PCS Strategic Plan, the monthly training targets specific skills, capabilities, and values needed to support Assistant Principals in becoming effective school leaders.
