    Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Student Records

     

     

     

    Q: How may I request my student records?

    A: You may request your student record anytime by visiting: https://pittnc.scriborder.com/ 

     

     

    Q: How much does it cost to request my student record?

    A: The cost for your high school transcript or immunization record is $13.00 for the first copy and $10.00 for each additional copy. 

     

     

    Q: When may I request my student record?

    A: You may request your student records online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by visiting: https://pittnc.scriborder.com/

     

     

    Q: I need an official copy of my high school transcript. How do I request official records?

    A: All of the records that we produce are official records. They will either be mailed out, signed and sealed or they will be emailed (stamped and signed).

     

     

    Q: I do not need an official copy of my high school transcript. Am I able to request an unofficial copy?

    A: We do not provide unofficial copies of transcripts at this time. All of the copies are official.

      

     

    Q: What payment options do I have?

    A: We accept debit/credit cards online through our website. We do not accept cash, money orders/cashier's checks or personal checks. 

     

     

    Q: How long will it take for my request to be processed?

    A: Please allow five to seven business days for your student record to be emailed (college/university or employer) or mailed out. *Most student record requests are processed within 24-48 hours.*

     

     

    Q: If I come to the Central Office, am I able to order and pick up my transcript/student record?

    A: No. We do not accept transcript requests at the Central Office and we do not offer the option to pick up student records at this time. 

     

     

    Q: If I do not want to wait for my record to arrive by mail, do I have the option of having my transcript/record emailed to my personal email address?

    A: We do not send copies of records to personal email addresses. If you would like for you records to be emailed directly to an employer or college/university, please let us know by adding the contact name and email address under "Special Instructions" on the request page. 

     

     

    Q: I have to provide proof of graduation to a new employer and need my record immediately. May I get it by a certain date?

    A: We do not guarantee same day processing or give exact dates for when your request will be processed, however, you will receive confirmation that we have received your request for your student record. This may be used to show your potential employer that you are in the process of receiving your proof of graduation. For an additional fee of $20, your record will be emailed or mailed out within 24-48 of you requesting your record. To expedite your employer's receipt of your transcript, please enter their company email address under 'Special Instructions' and it will be emailed rather than mailed.

     

     

    Q: What does the term Expedited Processing mean? 

    A: Expedited Processing will guarantee that your request is processed (mailed or emailed) within 24-48 hours of us receiving your request for an additional fee of $20.

    PLEASE NOTE: RECORDS ARE MAILED THROUGH USPS AND THIS IS NOT EXPEDITED SHIPPING. TRACKING IS UNAVAILABLE.

     

     

    Q: My employer has specifically requested that I provide them with a copy of my High School Diploma. How may I request my diploma?

    A: We do not produce nor retain copies of High School Diplomas. If you need proof of graduation, you may request your high school transcript.

    Q: How will I know when my request has been processed?
