Health Clinic
In Fall of 2024, Contentnea Health and Pitt County Schools partnered to open a student health clinic on the campus of J.H. Rose High School. This clinic provides walk-in and appointment-based medical and behavioral health services for current Pitt County Schools students and staff, five days a week. Contentnea accepts all insurance plans and is able to work with families who don't have insurance through a sliding scale fee structure.
Medical services provided include general wellness, treatment of acute medical concerns, North Carolina health assessments, immunizations, sports physicals, and more! The clinic has a licensed marriage and family therapist. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Friday (8 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
