2024-2025 Free & Reduced-Price Meal Applications will NOT be mailed to households this year.
The 2024-2025 Free and Reduced-Price Meal application is now available online. Pitt County Schools students receiving FNS (formerly food stamps), Work First Cash Assistance or FDPIR benefits may have already been Directly Certified. If you receive a letter stating that your student(s) is approved for free meals, you do not need to complete an application. Households will need to complete an application if you do not receive an approval letter or if all Pitt County students in your household are not listed on your approval letter.2024-2025 Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Schools
The following schools will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2024-2025 school year.
Students at these schools will automatically receive breakfast and lunch at no cost. No application is needed for students attending CEP schools.
However, if you have children attending a school other than the CEP schools listed below, please complete an application for those students. Students attending a CEP school must be listed as family members in Part I on these applications with their school, birthdate, grade and income or no income listed. They have to be included as part of your household.
